Welcome to Haymarket!

We are super excited to have your child join the HMES Cub family! Our registrar will need to have all the required registration documents in place before accounts will be created. and your child can get online.  Once a teacher is assigned to your child, you will receive an email from our Instructional Technology Coach or Tsspec with important account information.  Our systems needs an overnight sync, so we  will try to get new students online and started by the next  day. 

Once you receive the account information from our Tech Team, please complete the following steps:
1. Change your password by using the PWCS Password Reset on the menu to the left. 

2. You can sign out a laptop from Haymarket if you need a device for virtual learning.

3. Zoom is our online learning classroom. You need to log on to Zoom by going to the PWCS Zoom webpage, logging on, and downloading the app. Please use the Chrome Browser. Be sure to log on to Zoom using the SSO button. You should log onto Zoom using the email and password. Once you have set up your student's Zoom account using their O365 email and password.  Follow these directions to log on to Zoom everyday: Log on to Zoom First .pdf

3.  Next it is time to go to your child's Canvas Homeroom and then to the Zoom session.  Follow these directions:  First Day of School in 2 Steps. Please use the Chrome Browser.

4. All parents will need to sign up for Parent Vue to get important emails, your child grades, and more. You may also want to have an "observer" account in Canvas.   Here is a document that will help you with setting up these accounts:  Parent Checklist to start the year4.pdf
